I'm sure you can buy a DS from walmart.com, and pay by using your WalMart card, and as long as it's like a regular credit card, then they of late send you a bill every month. You can also apply to pay with Bill Me Later, it's sort of similar to a credit card, but there's no card, you just buy something from WalMart.com, and click on Bill Me Later, and they do :)
