Can a retailer verbs out of an auction on ebay if the vanquisher does not bid satisfactory money?
I was the first bidder on an item and for over 4 days (duration 7 days) no one else has bid. I single bid 1 dollar over the start bid (I bid 500 dollars) is it possible that when the item closes the seller can refuse to take my bid because it is not satisfactory? PS. It does NOT say "reserve not met"

If the starting bit is 499 and there is no reserve on it, then it's sold! if they considered necessary more, they should of started the bid out at more. Hope this helps! Source(s): I ebay all the time! sell and buy
ONLY if they hold a reserve set on it. If there is no reserve and the item gets taken off or if they rebuff to sell it to you then you can report them to eBay for violations.
